Submit an Anonymous Crime Tip

The below form can be used to submit any information that you feel may be of assistance to the Police Department in conducting an investigation or to bring an issue to the attention of the Police Department that they may not be aware of.
In order for officers to be able to conduct a thorough investigation into the information provided, please be as detailed as possible when describing the information.
You may remain anonymous when submitting information. If you would like an officer to contact you, please leave at least one method of contact (phone number, email, address, etc...).

Before Submitting:
- If you have already submitted the same tip, or a similar tip-- Do not submit it again. Officers are already looking into the tip.
- Make sure your tip is as detailed as possible. Without detailed information, officers are not able to investigate the matter.
- If you cannot provide detailed information and want to still leave a tip, please contact the Chippewa County Dispatch Center at (715) 723-4424 #1 to speak with an officer about the tip. You may remain anonymous
