Winter Parking Ordinance

Effective November 15th, the winter parking ordinance goes into effect. No vehicles may be parked on any city street for more than 30 minutes between the hours of 2 AM and 6 AM.

Ord. 7.09(3)(c): "Thirty-Minute Parking. (Am. #88-43; #98-14) No person shall park or leave parked any vehicle on any street, alley or highway in the City for more than 30 minutes between 2 a.m. and 6 a.m. from November 15 of one year to March 31 of the following year."

Reminder on Parking Ordinances:

Ord. 7.09(2)(d): No person shall park a vehicle within 8 feet of either side of a private mailbox located in a boulevard adjacent to a city Street in the City between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday through Saturday of each week.
Ord. 7.09(3)(b): No person shall park or leave parked any vehicle on any street in the City for more than 24 consecutive hours
